• Intense technical training and in-depth knowledge of three-dimensional modeling, including additive and subtractive sculpture.
• Fearlessness and experience in a variety of material including but not limited to: oil and water based clay, polymers, epoxy and urethane based resins, acrylics, fiberglass, silicone, smooth-on products, high/low density foams, metal, glass, gypsum-based products, plaster, concrete, wood, fabric, leather, stone, and found material.
• Proficiency in fabrication and finishing techniques including skills such as such as sculpting, woodworking, carving, TIG welding, stud welding, LED, faux finishes, and other creative solutions to meet the design needs.
• Familiarity with primers, paints, lacquers, stains, varnishes, and finishes, etc. using brushes, rollers, guns, hoppers, hudsons, and other spray equipment/applicators.
• Mold making, casting, and finishing - Expertly trained in rubber/silicone molds and waste molds.
• Lead projects, operate production, layout budgets, order materials, and plan deadlines.
• Produce high quality samples and prototypes.
• Professionalism in working with corporate clients and understanding that projects have to meet industry standards. Projects include Google, Apple, Facebook, Nike, Netflix, Warner Brothers, and more.
• Ability to gauge realistic timelines, budget, shop capabilities, and bandwidth.
• Project management software such as Slack and Asana.
• Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, DragonFrame, and Procreate.
• 3D modeling software such as Forger, Sculptris, and Blender. Experience in producing 3D printed models from design to finished product.
• Shop machinery, power tools, hand tools, and pneumatics, as well as shop safety protocols and use of such equipment.
• Capable of reading spec sheets, schematic drawings, blue prints, mapping, architectural plans, and finishing packets.
• Passion for high quality work, with a keen attention to detail. Positive attitude and always thrilled to work hands on.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined. Ability to understand responsibility and personal accountability.
• Proactive and eager to troubleshoot problems before (and as) they occur.

• Preforms duties in compliance with safety regulations, currently enrolled in an OSHA10 course.
• Capable of operating industrial two-part polyurethane hard-coat spray system.
• Experience in forensic sculpture and post-mortem facial reconstruction. Previously worked on cold cases for the Pima County Police Department.
